Many graduate students are impacted by imposter syndrome and the feeling that they do not belong or do not deserve to be in their program. These internalized feelings often come with the worry of being exposed as an imposter or fraud, and feeling unqualified or unworthy of one's academic merits and achievements. Imposter syndrome is also the belief that one's professional accomplishments and success was simply due to luck or good timing. This workshop will discuss what causes imposter syndrome and help you combat it because you do belong here and you are not a fraud.
