April 14: 8th Annual Inspiration, Innovation, Impact: A Celebration of Graduate Student Accomplishments
Join the Graduate College for the Inspiration, Innovation, Impact event, which showcases the best in UNLV graduate and professional student scholarly and creative activity. Graduate students will present five-minute, TED-style talks or performances around this year’s theme of “Power in Diversity: Unlocking Creativity and Research Together.” In addition, the audience will hear from a panel of UNLV faculty members and graduate students. April 15: 25th Annual Graduate & Professional Student Research Forum and Awards Ceremony
The 25th Annual Graduate & Professional Student Research Forum is an opportunity for students to share their work with the UNLV community. This forum is open to all graduate and professional students wishing to share their research, practice their presentation skills, or obtain constructive comments on their work from faculty. The awards ceremony recognizes the winning Research Forum presentations from each session. Session winners are awarded monetary scholarships. Additionally, recipients of the annual GPSA Awards will be announced during the awards ceremony. This ceremony will be livestreamed as well as held in person. Learn more.
May 1: 2nd Annual President's Innovation Challenge
Attend UNLV's 2nd annual President's Innovation Challenge, powered by Honeywell, to hear diverse teams of students present their solution to chart the course to a more sustainable future. The President's Innovation Challenge is a multidisciplinary team competition encouraging social and business entrepreneurship to help solve major challenges in Southern Nevada and beyond. A panel of judges will select winners and award prizes, including a $25,000 grand prize.
